LUX Nails Policies
It is our goal here at LUX Nails to offer a positive, safe, & relaxing experience to all our clientele. The following policies are enforced.
- We retain the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful to our staff in any way or uses profanity.
- We honor a 3 days guarantee on any new full set of nails (ex: polish chipping.) After 3 days you will be charged full price for a repair.
- We DO NOT give refunds.
- We do not guarantee for breaking after fills, we will for lifting within 3 days.
- We try to accommodate customer requests for a preferred technician; however, it is never guaranteed without an appointment. We only book appointments Monday to Sunday. Please book at least one day in advance.
- We use all high-quality waxes & lash adhesives but cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction or skin sensitivities that may occur after application.
- Any complaints or concerns will be addressed & attempted to be corrected before you leave the salon ON THE DAY OF SERVICE.
